The rules regarding the use of my graphics:

1. Do not take anything that’s stated Non- Adoptable! Basicly, the only things that are available for adopting/download are located in my Dolls, Pixels and Bases sections . If something in there is not for the taking it will be stated clearly.

2. Link back to me on the same page where you use/display my dolls/Pixels. You can use one of my linkbuttons, located at the Links section, but a text link is fine too. Link back to: http://www.stellarswirls.com

3. When you adopt any of my dolls/pixels, please leave my copyright mark where it is and do not alter the dolls/pixels in any way, AKA “Frankendolling”. That means no resizing, no recoloring, or removing/adding parts or other things. You may not enter my dolls into any contests, use them in layouts or in forums/RPG’s as av or signature. And please never ever pass of something I’ve made as your own!

4. Please load the images to your own server or web site directory. Please do not link directly to my images. To save my dolls, RIGHT Click, “Save as” and then save them to your own computer. You wouldn’t want to steal my bandwidth , would you?

5. Do not display my dolls/pixels on commercial sites or sites with commercial activities.

6. Do not display my dolls on pages that contain Racism, Bigotry, Child abuse, Porn, Cruelty to animals and other horribles like that!

7. DO NOT take any of the dolls/pixels i’ve adopted myself! Please follow the links provided to the makers sites so you can adopt your own.

8. BASES
# Give me credit when using my bases, and link back to my site, near the doll you’ve made with it. A link on a creditspage is NOT acceptable, and this is not negotiable.

# You may recolor/flip my bases, change eye/lip color add a fishtail, exta arms and so on.

# You may use my bases to make a layout doll and use my props/outlines in your layout but for personal use only and only for yourself plus you still have to credit me.

# You may not use my bases/props on websites containing pornography, childabuse, hatered or discrimination of any sort.

# You may not use my bases/props on commercial sites or sites with commercial activities.

# You may not use my bases/props in dollmakers.

# You may use my bases for baseedit contests but please ask me first!

9. Remember, all of the content of this site, including all designs, the layout & coding is copyright © to me, Joyce de boer 2004-2008.
Reproducing, editing or copying in any way is stricktly prohibited and punishable by law.
Violation of any of the terms of use as stated above, will enable me to take legal action.
